Appointments

​To make an appointment please click the Book Online button on the Home page, or use the HotDoc app on your SmartPhone.

Alternatively you can call us on (03) 9725 5444 weekdays between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. 

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away.

Longer consultation times are available if required so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time or if your doctor has requested it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate a phone call so that we can offer the appointment to other patients.

New patients

If you are a new patient, please either call and speak with reception or book online, fill in as much information as you can when prompted.

If you choose to call and book with reception you will receive a message to your mobile phone asking you to fill in your details, again, fill in as much information as you can prior to your appointment to save time with the doctor.

If you are unwell, take a RAT test.  If it is positive, call reception and we will organise to see you in the car park.

​If your RAT test is negative, wear a mask and come in to the clinic as normal.

Fees

Kilsyth Doctors is a mixed billing practice.  Consultations are billed according to our fee policy.

Bulk Billed accounts include:

• Pension Card Holders

​Our fees reflect the cost of providing and maintaining a high quality family medical service to the community.

Additional costs may occur if dressings, vaccines or other tests are provided at the time of your visit.

We require full payment on the day for all consultations including WorkCover & TAC.

This can be paid by cash, debit or credit card.

With our payment system TYRO, your Medicare rebate can be sent to your debit card immediately after payment.
